These Terms govern your use of Builder's Buddy. By creating an account you agree to be bound by them.
1. The service
Builder's Buddy generates draft pre-construction documents from drawings you upload. Outputs are drafts to assist qualified professionals; you remain responsible for reviewing and signing off documents before site use.
2. Your account
- You must be 18+ and authorised to act for your company.
- Keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't upload content you don't have rights to.
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell or abuse the service.
- Don't use the service for unlawful work or to circumvent safety regulations.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are in GBP, excluding VAT. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
5. Intellectual property
You own your inputs and outputs. We retain ownership of the platform, models and software.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". AI outputs may contain errors. We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
7. Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You can close your account at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
